Switzerland announced the start of Philip Lageder, Germany – Stefan Pletschacher and Max Niedermaier, and Poland – Michał Knapp. We are still waiting for the official applications of the federations of Austria (2 places), Czech Republic (2 places), Finland (1 place), Netherlands (2 places), Russia (2 places), Italy (1 place) and Sweden (2 places).
