Representatives of nine countries will compete for medals!

Speedway riders from 9 countries will perform during the European Individual Ice Speedway Championship. This event will take place on Saturday, December 4, at the Arena Lodowa track in Tomaszów Mazowiecki. The beginning of the competition is scheduled for 18.45. Online ticket sales for this competition are ongoing.

The Individual European Championship will be held in Poland for the third time. In 2008, the medals of this event were given in Sanok, when, for the only time in the history of this sport, a representative of a country other than Russia won the gold medal. The Austrian Franz Zorn won then. Last year, this event came to our country for the second time. This time to Tomaszów Mazowiecki. There was no surprise there anymore – the Russian Dmitry Soliannikov won.

Due to the restrictions in force at that time, resulting from the pandemic situation, the fans could not watch the competition from the stands. Fortunately, this year will be different. Fans will be able to applaud the players representing nine European federations. Most places – 3 – were taken by Sweden. 2 riders will be sent to our country by Austrians, Czechs, Finns, Dutch and Russians. One in turn is designated by the Germans, Italians and Poles.

The start list will be published soon. Meanwhile, the online sale of tickets for this attractive competition is ongoing. They can be purchased online on the website: bilety.speedwayevents.pl and on ebilet.pl.
